I have more than thirty years experience in the fields of education, behavioral science, leadership development and business management. As an Organizational Development Consultant I work with corporations, non-profits, governmental and educational organizations to create learning environments, designing and delivering programs for Leadership and Team Development, facilitation for Strategic Visioning, Board and Executive Retreats, and Leadership Coaching.
An experienced professional facilitator, I understand the challenges inherent in strategic discussions. This involves understanding personal values and goals, attachments to deeply held beliefs and differing perspectives. Differences in values or goals can reduce a team's ability to take the objective, long term view needed to create alignment and successful outcomes. Unless differences are dealt with carefully and openly, they may result in dissonance that subverts the success of the team and organization.
As an Executive Coach, I am a catalyst for positive, proactive change in action-oriented individuals who want to do and be their best. I form long-term collaborative partnerships with my clients, be they emerging leaders or senior executives, who are open to fresh perspectives and ideas and desire to take their careers to the next level while integrating their values and vision.
